Custom built motorcycle. The consignor reports "built by Bob Cecchini in the late 1960's. Motor originaly built by Arlen Ness. Won best of show in 1970 or '71 at Oakland Roadster Show. Rebuilt in 2002-03. Took second place at Grand National show. Motor and transmission were rebuilt and no fluids put back in. Fuel tank remade" (no key, never registered, no title) |

upon award of successful bid
- Vehicle must be paid for by cash or cashier's check!
(we do not accept credit cards for payments on vehicles.)
- You must leave a deposit if you wish to give us
an absentee bid or phone bid on this vehicle.
- There is a 17% buyer's premium in addition to the
hammer price. 20% if purchased via the internet Live
Bidding.
- You may have your mechanic look at the car and
you can start it- but it can not be driven prior to
the sale. All vehicles, like all other auction items,
are sold "as is".
- The vehicle needs to be registered within 3 weeks
of sale. Then, the buyer is not liable for any outstanding
fees.
- Sales tax is paid at the Motor Vehicle Department.
- You "MAY" have to wait to receive the
title from the Bankruptcy courts. Please call for
